Lourdes Nursing Home - Long Term Care

Located on the shores of Scott Lake, Lourdes Nursing Home is the cornerstone of the Lourdes Senior Community. This award winning facility offers the highest of quality long term care. Through the core values of dignity, spirituality, compassion and service we offer comfortable care that will meet the physical, spiritual and psychological needs of your loved one. 

The interdisciplinary team will work with the family and the resident to add quality to each day through individualized care plans.  This team is comprised of attending physicians, registered and licensed nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Rehabilitation services are also available if needed.

In addition to providing physical care, Lourdes Nursing Home is committed to taking care of the spiritual and psychological needs of our residents. A variety of social activities are offered, including arts and crafts, bingo, picnics, and parties to celebrate holidays, birthdays and other special occasions.  Located on almost 40 acres, there are paths through the woods and to the lakeside dock. You will find benches that provide a wonderful spot to stop and visit and enjoy the beauty of Lourdes Senior Community.

Our strong Catholic heritage is reflected in the offering of Mass twice each week in the chapel, rosary and communion. Non-denominational services are also available.
